Luck "O" the Irish

This was us being festive yesterday. Brennan and I made these silly hats to wear.

We had a very GREEN dinner. Sorry mom, no corned beef and cabbage, that is probably one tradtion I won't carry on. Instead I made a an Irish Sherperd's Pie with GREEN mashed potatoes on top, GREEN jello, GREEN salad, and GREEN sprite.

After dinner we had a treasure hunt to find dessert that a little leprechaun left us. It was a Grasshopper Pudding Pie. Yummy! I got the recipe on the Kraft Foods Website. (I did make a few alterations.) It was very tasty and low in fat and calories. I recommend it to anyone who needs a light refeshing treat. The only problem is going to be when I eat the whole pie!

You have way too much fun up there! Of all your green selections I think I would only eat the grasshopper pie.

How fun! I'm really impressed Cindy, all I did was wear green. Joe was a little disappointed, but I assured him that next year we'll be more like the Twede Family:)
